Shawn Lau:
Shawn is a business leader who has successfully led the global business expansion of two crypto exchanges including Huobi where he was the Head of OTC. Japhet Lim:
Japhet is a Tech Lover, a blockchain enthusiast and is a Certified Blockchain Expert by the World Blockchain Council. Japhet also graduated with flying colours from the Ivan On Tech Academy. Ian C.
Ian was formerly an oil and gas trader, and an early adopter of cryptocurrency. One of the pioneers in South East Asia to initiate OTC trading across borders. Also managed, consulted and advised several other blockchain projects since 2018. Participation & Allocation:
· Samurai participants will have access via a Ticket Lottery System (see below). Winners of the Lottery will have a Guaranteed Allocation in the Metaseer IDO.
· The total allocation for this public sale are 1,058,400 METAS for 0.19$ per token.
· Participation is based on the following criteria: $CFI Staked or $CFI Liquidity Pool Tokens Staked.
· Users can stake $CFI at https://samurai.cyberfi.tech
· Lottery Ticket System has five ticket tiers. The more CFI Staked, the more tickets you receive. The higher your chances at winning an allocation.
· The sixth tier stakers do not need to enter the lottery, as they are guaranteed an allocation.

Lottery Ticket System:
· There will be a random drawing for the $200 allocation, capped at $201,096 USD for the total raise. The more entries you have, the higher your chance of being selected (For more information see the CFi tier system). If any amount has not been claimed, the Samurai Fund will buy this remaining amount, and airdrop this in a separate event to the community.
· Each person can only win once per project. KYC verification is required, and jurisdictional restrictions apply. Ticket winners will be sent an email to complete KYC or provided link on Telegram.
· We will publish a document with the Whitelisted Wallet Addresses. Users can review the document to find their Binance Smart Chain Address which will provide them a $200 USD Allocation.
· Upon successful participation, $METAS Tokens will be claimable by each participant’s Binance Smart Chain Address 15 Minutes after Launch.
· Users can stake $CFI at https://samurai.cyberfi.tech. You can always stake to upgrade your tier as long as the whitelist of each IDO project is open.

Secure Launch Process:
To ensure a smooth launch on Samurai, Metaseer has agreed to:
1. Have their domain fully SSL certified one week prior to the token sale date.
2. Have their domain protected by Cloudflare.
3. Disclose the vesting schedule of all tokens, including team, strategic investors, private presale, influencers, etc.
4. Add no less than $50,000 of BNB liquidity on Binance Smart Chain immediately upon listing.
5. Allow users to claim the $METAS Tokens on the Samurai Launchpad.
6. Lock liquidity within 3 hours of listing for no less than 60 days at http://team.finance/
7. Have at least one community moderator on each social platform (Discord, Telegram, etc.) actively available 24 hours a day for the first 7 days following the launch on Pancakeswap.
